We've now had this track on repeat for 20 minutes, and the more we listen to it the better it gets. It's church organs and heartbeats and bouncing springs, and almost aboriginal. Andrea sings like she's casting a spell on some hapless mortal (see: Britt Eckland in `The Wicker man`); her voice is soft and comforting, yet at the same time sinister. `Cuckoo` brings to mind that scene in The Evil Dead where the girl is being chased by the evil spirit theough the seemingly endless misty forrest. If cats could sing, they'd sing this song. Don't ask why, it's just true. It's very scary, but at the same time it's incredibly horny. Buy it now and put it on `Repeat`, and find someone to shag. it'll be the best sex you've ever had. |
